FAQs

  • Our 20-minute virtual consultation will include introductions, an overview of the program, and an assessment of your fitness goals and needs.

    No need to prepare anything in advance.

  • No, all members of your group should attend the consultation. Please forward the virtual call invite to all friends in your group. If you need to reschedule, you can reach out directly or find a new time on Harold’s Calendly.

  • We require at least 24 hours notice for any cancelations. Less than 24 hours will result in a charge for that session.

    If you cancel with at least 24 hours notice, we will work with your group to reschedule the session.

  • All group members need to be present for each session. If one of your friends can’t make it, please reach out to reschedule the session with at least 24 hours notice.

  • No! If you have fitness equipment, great! But if not, no worries. Harold will work with what you have (or don’t have).

  • If you want to cancel your program, we require at least two weeks notice. Please email us at jointhemovementsocial@gmail.com with your notification of cancelation.

  • Please reach out to Harold directly at jointhemovementsocial@gmail.com to discuss one-on-one training needs.

  • No, three people is the maximum amount of people for each group.
